Tommy Murray of Tommy's Midway Passes

Thomas Murray of Tommy's Midway passed on April 12, 2024.
Tommy was born on January 25, 1944 and is survived by his wife Madeline Murray, daughters Madeline Norman (Robert), Jennifer Burt (John), Phyllis Lopez(Stephan), 3 grandchildren who were the light of his life; Elizabeth, 6, Charles, 2 and Ralphie, 1, and his niece Rosie. He was brother in-law to Fred McDaniel of McDaniel Brothers Shows and Roseanne Biancardi of Ace Amusement.
Tommy was preceded in death by brother in law Ralph Biancardi and Mother-in-law Phyllis Biancardi.
Tommy started Tommy's Midway in 1984 with wife Madeline and was later joined by his children in the business. They worked in the Ny and NJ areas, providing entertainment to families in the tri-state area.
Tommy loved attending the Gibtown Trade Show in Florida where he would be one of the first to arrive and the last to leave. Seeing him there was like watching a kid in a candy store.
A wake will be held at Ruggiero Funeral Home, 732 Yonkers Ave, Yonkers, NY 10704, Wednesday, April 17th from 3 - 8 pm and Thursday, April 18th from 2 - 8 pm. A funeral Mass will be held at St. Barnabas Roman Catholic Church, 409 E. 241st St., Bronx, NY 10470 at 10:45 am followed by internment at Wood Lawn Cemetery.
