Recreation By Design announces several staffing changes within the company starting with the promotion of Marcus Colon, who has been promoted to sales territory manager. Prior to this promotion, Marcus was the team lead in the warranty department where he gained valuable knowledge of operations, customer service, parts & warranty, and inventory.

"Marcus has been a dedicated teammate who has worked tirelessly for us for nearly 4 years to make sure our customers are taken care of. He takes great pride in understanding our customers, how critical it is for them [our customers] to get back to their vacations or their work assignments," says Andrew Rush, managing partner of RBD.

Marcus will fill the position vacated by the recent retirement of Johnny Martin, who was Sales Manager and had been with RBD for nearly 35 years.

Marcus will be responsible for fulfilling trailer needs for the harvester, traveler, and amusement industries.   Recreation by Design, a 3rd generation manufacturer of commercial trailers and recreation vehicles, is located in Elkhart, Indiana known as "The RV Capital of the World".   RBD prides itself as a family culture with a focus on safety conscious products, custom crafted through precision engineering.
