Leisa Lee was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed. She was a hardworking woman who devoted her life to her family, always putting those she loved first. Known as the queen of bling, Leisa was truly one of a kind vibrant, bold, creative, and unforgettable.
Extraordinarily artistic, Leisa had a gift for turning imagination into reality. She once painted her son’s bedroom a breathtaking space that appeared in newspapers several times for its extravagance and originality. Half rainforest and half ocean, the room featured tree frogs, coral reefs, hidden treasure chests, and even a large fiberglass octopus arm emerging from the wall. It was more than a bedroom; it was a work of art and a true reflection of Leisa’s boundless creativity.
Leisa traveled nearly the entire country working fairs and events with her novelty business, where she became well known and widely respected as “one of the best” in her industry. Her creativity and innovation left a lasting mark, and her influence continues to live on through the ideas and designs she brought to life.
She loved her children, Miranda and Brenden, fiercely and selflessly. Leisa often joked that Brenden was “her favorite son,” a phrase that perfectly captured her playful spirit and carefree sense of humor. She taught her children love, patience, understanding, and compassion, balancing remarkable strength with a soft and gentle heart. She cherished deep conversations and found her greatest joy in watching her children grow and prosper.
Her legacy will live on through cherished family recipes, beloved holiday traditions, and most especially through her granddaughter, Margo. Leisa found immense joy in being a grandmother and loved nothing more than seeing Margo’s face light up when she walked into the room. Miranda is grateful she was able to witness her mother in this role, knowing how deeply Leisa treasured that bond.
Leisa made Miranda who she is today.
As her family finds the courage to move forward without her, they carry with them the lessons she taught independence, resilience, and an honest understanding of how the world works. Leisa was an incredible mother, woman, sister, and grandmother one in a million and she will remain forever in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to love her.
