Lobbying for a Labor Solution
OABA members lobbied in Washington DC last fall to help gain support of CARE and Ride Acts.
New bill numbers for the 2025 Carnivals Are Real Entertainment (CARE) Act & The Ride Act have been introduced in both the House and Senate. If you were able to secure a co-sponsor in the last Congress, please reach out to them again. The new bill number for the CARE act is HR2729 in the house and the new bill number for The Ride Act is S1281 in the senate.
