
James K. Judkins of JKJ Workforce will be holding an educational seminar covering various topics pertaining to the H-2B guest worker program at this year's IISF Trade Show. Currently, demand for H-2B visas is at an all-time high and is estimated that over 2/3 of applicants will not receive their workers this year under the current cap restraints of 66,000 workers annually (33,000 per cap). Anyone who counts on guest workers through the H-2B program is encouraged to attend.
The seminar is titled "H-2B Balancing Act - Practical, Political, Strategies for Survival in This New Abnormal" and will be conducted inside the Carousel Pavilion on the trade show grounds. The seminar will take place on Thursday, February 18 from 1-4pm and is free for all trade show attendees.
Speakers include James K. Judkins, President of JKJ Workforce and Secretary/Treasurer of The Seasonal Employment Alliance, and Leon Sequeira, employment attorney and former Assistant Secretary of Labor in the George W. Bush Administration
