IAAPA 2025: Sartori to Deliver New Rides to the U.S. Market
By mid-day Wednesday at the 2025 IAAPA Attractions Expo, Sartori's Marco Savegnago was pleased with the show's turnout thus far. “Tuesday was booming with customers from the United States, the Middle East, and Australia,” Savegnago said.
Based in Italy, Sartori has been producing amusement rides since the late 1950s, with more than 60 percent of its business coming from the portable ride sector. “We are very well known around the world for our experience with portable rides,” Savegnago noted. The company supplies portable attractions throughout Europe, the Middle East, Australia, Mexico, and North and South America.

Savegnago announced that a new Techno Jump attraction recently shipped from Sartori's headquarters to Funtastic Traveling Shows in Oregon. The ride will be delivered by the end of 2025 and is expected to debut on the show in 2026. The Techno Jump has been a consistent seller for Sartori in markets around the world.
Sartori is also developing a new spectacular ride for Powers Great American Shows called the Twin Twister, best described as a double version of the popular Ali Baba–style attraction. The company has sold multiple versions of the ride to showmen in Mexico, Colombia, and South America, but this will be the first unit owned by a U.S. carnival company. “It has been a solid seller,” Savegnago said.
The Twin Twister seats 28 riders—14 per gondola—and the model on order for Powers will feature an updated design. Delivery is planned for spring 2026. Savegnago hopes the ride can ship in time for a Gibtown debut but said he could not confirm that timeline.

Before attending the Orlando expo, Sartori most recently exhibited at IAAPA Europe, held in Barcelona in September. Savegnago described attendance there as excellent and noted that the show will move to London next year. Each IAAPA expo attracts a different international audience, which benefits the company's global customer base.
Savegnago did express concern regarding IAAPA Orlando's plan to split the convention into two exhibit halls in 2026. Sartori has exhibited in the same general location at the Orange County Convention Center for several years, and he worries that separating exhibitors between halls may cause confusion. “Our clients know where to find us,” he said. The two exhibit halls are located across the street from one another and connected by an overhead walkway.
Sartori is currently booked into 2027, including several more U.S. ride deliveries. As the expo wrapped up on Wednesday, Savegnago was busy meeting with prospective buyers and hoped to finalize additional deals before the show concluded.
