Barbara Ruth Brown Passes
FORT WORTH - Barbara Ruth Brown, maiden name Sandefur, passed away peacefully at 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at a local memory care facility in Fort Worth, Texas, after a long and courageous battle with Alzheimer's disease. She was 82 years old.
Barbara was born on August 4, 1942, in Lubbock, Texas, to Horace and Lela Mae Sandefur. She was a woman of strength, intelligence, and resilience. She also leaves behind two cherished nieces, Dana and Suzanne Rumfield. Her family was her pride and joy, and her strength and grace continue to live on in each of them.
