Strates is also set up in Augusta, GA. Last night, after leaving Big Rock Amusements, we rode downtown to take a look at Strates. We will be visiting later in the week, and just wanted to take a look. They have the Giant Wheel set up, and the LED package on the wheel was just unreal looking. Looking amazing poking up in the sky.....We passed by at about 11 pm, and there was a huge crowd on the midway, and a massive amount of traffic around it. Ill have a full report and pictures up later in the week, just had to say something about the lights on the wheel!

Not only do those LEDs look good on a Wheel like Strates has, but they also use less electricity. That's what Steve Troxler ( Ag. Commissioner ) said on Channel 5 news at the NC State Fair's opening this past Thursday. He was talking about the Sky Diver's LED lighting on it. It seems like some shows out there are switching to the LEDs-look. While those LEDs on that Sky Diver of Powers' look amazing, i'm also a fan of that classic-look to a Sky Diver, such as the all white flourscent tubes on a Sky Diver, like most were back in the day. Tolve Presentations' Sky Diver used to look like that at night, with the all white flourescent tubes on it lit up. That thing was bright too! lol Then, most Sky Divers went to turbo lights & did away with those flourescent tubes everywhere, and now, it seems like most Wheels are going to the LED-way of lighting.

But, any Sky Diver looks good to me, even if the cars banged up, it still kicks ***! LOL :) What can i say, i'm obsessed with the Sky Diver. Ha ha, no, just a BIG fan of it is all. Cool

Not only do I have time for the occasional trip report, I even have time for punctuation and capitalization. It's time consuming. However, it's worth the additional .726 seconds here and .398 seconds there. Try it. You may like it!
