Erie County Fair runs thru Sunday August 18. One of the greatest midways there in many years. Strates set a record gross there last Saturday. Edited by user Wednesday, August 14, 2019 2:23:51 AM(UTC)

Nice pictures, thanks for posting. Nice to see those AH rides (helicopters/Sky Fighter) on the lot.
Does Strates still have his Red Baron?

There are a few other booked in pieces. The Zyklon cranes and van load go on the train but the track & jackstands usually go over the road.

That was still a helicopter when I joined. I think Robin Turner either bought it or partnered with Strates on it when they bought the new tubs. Wonder what happened to Robin, I think he managed a pier for a while then got on a fair board somewhere. He was a good guy. |

Good point. Maybe I missed this before, but did Strates own a Toboggan, I know I have seen pictures of his midway back then and I saw one in a few pictures, but of course that could have been booked.

that Kings Circus perhaps belongs to Tim at Carol Stream, unless this is a different one.
I heard Mr Strates say in an interview that I saw online how some of the newer rides must travel by road because they are either too wide or too high to put on the train.
