Hi,

You can go to this link and then join the group. I have set it up so that membership is automatic so you should be able to just go directly to the photos link on the left of the page once you have joined. These will be going up on EBay over the weekend and I will post the link to the auction when we open it.

We will be selling these as a group.

Thanks!

Those are some great looking models, especially the Tempest. The one you listed as "don't know" is an Eyerly Rock-O-Plane, and the "Rock A Boat" is actually an Eyerly Loop-O-Plane. Just helping out.

I still think you should list them individually, you will get more for them, more action on them. Not many people will bid on them as a whole group, the cost will be waaaay high. Just a suggestion. Good luck with the sale.

Quite nice. Donna, you may want to post a free listing on the MCW Classieids section under models. You might get some hits there. I know for a fact that people will buy them. If you need some help, please let me know. I can assist you with tips for shipping the models. I am a expert at shipping Cummons rides- lol. Packing them is VERY CRITICAL!

lol no but I have a friend who purchased a Cummons Tempest off Ebay and the guy shipped the ride with packing peanuts and the ride attached to the base. When it arrived, it was in pieces (cracked boom etc...). I would rather assist someone and get the thing shipped right verses see a beautiful piece of work get ruined. [:)]

That is a mighty fine Coney Island setup. I heard a rumor that Cummons actually built a small scale amusement park for someone in Michigan(?), I wonder if this is related?
Have you paid your dues Jack? Yeah I paid my dues. The check is in the mail.

Hello Matt,

Thanks for the offer of help. I totally understand what you are talking about. I just UNPACKED all of these little treasures. When we got the boxes, they were still in the original boxes and packing material that Cummons sent them in. What a mess! But, necessary I am sure. We had a heck of a time picking all of the little "cotton ball" stuff off of the rides. Time consuming but well worth it. We will be repacking the little wonders right back in their same box with the same packing material along with the foam bottoms to put the stems in and all.

Thanks!

Yes he did. I saw it in Frankenmuth years ago, at a gift shop that had a huge train layout in the back that you could push buttons and operate the trains. My Dad has some pics somewhere. Some of the rides, now that you mention it, were identical to the ones in the "coney" set up, so this could be....hmmmm....
