I was at the Santa Anita, CA raceway yesterday and they had some rides on the infield for a BBQ kid-friendly event. The Tilt-a-Wheel had this signage out front. I'd never seen this before. I found the posting of the cost, man-hours to put up/take down, etc. interesting. Is this a common practice?

While I wouldn't exactly call it common I HAVE seen that before. No idea when or where though, sorry. May have been in Wisconsin even. Thought it was kinda cool and still do.

I've seen it on big rides.

Conklin's Dopple-Looping had a cool sign like that...

Reithoffer has it on some of their rides, replacement cost, man hours for set up/tear down, company that built it, etc.

Deggeller had one on his original Dutch Giant Wheel.

If the sign's right, dude does a good job moving it...

That's a standard tilt, yes?
