Yep, believe you are right on the Enterprise, not sure they had the Fury at that point, thought it was the Sea Dragon.

I remember in the (maybe) late 70's...Murphy got jammed up in Venezuela..with alot of equipment sitting on the docks for months on end....

Is this the same incident???

Yeah, they went one year and it went bad, I think Rick had to go down there and recover as much equipment as he could. I remember in a article he said he would never take another ride out of the country again.

Had the first Huss Flipper in US too, 1989 called Tornado.

Two Flitzer style coasters too, at least one of which is still in use.

Actually both (Indy 500 and Racing) are still in use. Indy 500 on the Blue unit and Racing on Orange Unit.

Believe it was Argentina may be late 90’s early 2000’s ?

I know at least a zipper and the Fury never came back and were replaced. I’m sure there were more but don’t recall what. They were able to recover some stuff (Enterprise and others). Guess they were extremely lucky to get anything back…

Was the Reithoffer Enterprise ever back out on the road after it came back from South America? Or was it too badly stripped done there?

Yes they did use it again after it come back. Don't remember for how many seasons after it came back.
If memory serves me correctly they put a neon tube lighting system on it (down the sweeps). In the center there was a big neon "R".
Still had a back wall and lighting along the top of the back wall (wish Strates would put lighting on their Enterprise back wall as it make the ride look better)....

You know I have never seen Reithoffer's Enterprise in person or picture. I did see one load racked one time in a picture with the tubs, but never set up or running.

They had the Enterprise set up at winter quarters when they were trying to sell it.

Wow looks great thanks for posting. With the new spots they have out west wonder why they don't put it on the road?

WOW looks great done up in the Show colors... Never saw it looking like that.
Before Argentina it looked even better and the cars were the standard silver, which i prefer.

Believe it was sold, can't recall to who?
