I am still looking for a show home for this year & I ran accross their website. Does anybody know how their operation is? What kind of pay to expect? Seems like a nice show & I know someone who worked there 10 years ago, but I want a second opinion. I wish Geren's website would open. I would still like to know more about working for them.[^]

How many rides do they have? Looks like a fairly decent sized show.

sure looks like a good show. tons of classics including a chance rok n' roll. those things are hard to find nowadays. cool looking trabant. i'm prety sure they own the hurricane, ferris wheel, gravitron, octopus, fun slide, tilt and some of those kiddie rides not sure if they own everything else.
i'm not sure if they own that a.r.m screamer or larson super loops. they might have been booked on

I would like to learn the Rok-n-Rol & the Trabant. I have never been around those rides before. I am also interested in the Mulligan Swing I know its a terrible ride compared to the Yo-Yo or Wave Swinger, but I just like it.[|)]

Although operating rides under the influence is wrong , I find it tacky that you would post a link to a negative incident that occured seven years ago and was being litegated three years ago . We all know show owners cann't screen their employee's mental capacity before hiring . And we all know carnivals get enough bad presss ...just my two cents worth chris , no ill will intended.
So, in a few years, if you're walking down a midway and see a Sixcat or a Swinger or a bucket, look around. You might recognize an old man with a smile on his face. Especially if he's saying, "Hey Buddy, can I ask ya?" -sixcat,circa. 2007

Hey, I happened to run across it, thought the third article was interesting, he asked for any info, so I posted it. No offense taken bigeli, I am just passing on some info. Not saying whether the show is good or bad, just being objective. From what I have heard overall seems like a decent show, they do have some nice looking rides. [:)]

Negative incident or not, it is a fact the incident happened. It is the cost of doing business. Let's hope they learned a lesson and have improved their operation.
