This is my Raiders, Still need to add the vail around the bridges but It is about done. Most detailed and complex model so far for me. The graphics I found did not have the Raiders sign so I may add one on the slide.

The funhouses and raiders type rides often take the longest. When I started a Raiders I figured it would be a three day project but it took 3 weeks, So many detail parts on those things. And then I remember the days when I had to make funhouse fronts with colored pencils and markers. Spent a week drawing a German Funhouse front. Now with digital pics and the computer I can do a front in minutes.

It took me a few months to build my Raiders model... and that was back when I was still in school and had more time! lol

It's definitely a challenging piece to build because of all the details and intricate cuts. I've always wanted to build a racked version, but never got around to it lol.

Nice Work Matt, I am not sure that I would even start making one by hand, The printing is much easier even though it has taken me three itirations to get it where I am happy with the model. Currently working on Jumping Mcs, Boats, Bees, Elephants and ROck O plane. All will be able to run is my goal.
