Isn't that Yo-Yo the one that used to live there in Adventure Village, since refurbed by Astro?

Seems plain-jane for a State Fair lineup. Is the fair any good?

I usually get reamed for saying so, but it was a much better midway back when Link had it and it was located in the hollow. Tinsley puts many pieces there and did back then too. Blocking the Skywheel took us about half a day due to the grade but it was a great presentation.
Indiana S.F. is simultaneous to it and N.A.M.E. seems to send all their big iron over there.
All Skywheels should be yeller.

I have seen many many identical replys to this topic every year. Here is a really good article that sums up whats going on. Maybe then after reading its entirety you will understand NAME's reasoning behind what they bring in.

not sure that is a good assessment of what might be happening there. 2 fairs are mentioned in the deficit. never been on the grounds but looking at a layout map there are a lot of things on the grounds. who knows how the budget is set up. does the fair pay for staffing year round, maintenance and ground improvements, etc. It is difficult to measure fairs in different regions based on midway alone. there are many fairs that call themselves state fairs but in reality are not truly state fairs except in name only. seems that midways up north do not dominate the fairs as much as here in the south. people come for the fair programming. some of our regional fairs have much larger midways than northern fairs do. when in Indiana last year at the state fair that was a very good fair for fair activities but not the strongest midway. a good midway but again some of our regional fairs here will have midways just as strong. it all depends on what the midway will gross.

Yes, and I believe the TM venture Himalaya was from Adventure Village as well. The Yo Yo really came out nice. I like the color scheme they used.
