Caught a program on the destination channel today called deep fried food and it was a competition of fried foods being prepared at fairs. one session had the competition at the san antonio fair and Wade Shows pieces were in the show. Next was the georgia national and the 3rd one was filmed at the got to be north carolina festival in Raleigh. different concessionaires were preparing different fried foods for judges to rate in how they would do on a midway. they had eliminations and eventually awarded a trophy for top cook. it was interesting to see the things they prepared and some of you might know some of the participants.
