We are pleased to announce that Pat Guthrie's Gold Medal Shows has recently purchased the original Velare Brother's Space Wheels. The ride travels on four trailers and was built in 1958. The Space Wheels were a part of the Royal American Shows lineup for many years. This ride is now at our state of the art winter quarters where it will undergo a full and complete restoration. We will be updating the progress of this massive project via our Facebook page.

We hope everyone is as excited as we are to see this super-spectacular attraction make a return to America's Midways!

If anyone has any original pics of this ride that they could share with us we would greatly appreciate it. Please email them to office@goldmedalshows.com

Thanks everyone and see you on the road!!!

It's basically two Sky Wheels side-by-side sharing one center tower between them.

Great news, I would really enjoy seeing the Space Wheels in person.

glad to see someone take a chance on an old classic. Hope they have a successful venture with the wheels. Pat already has one skywheel I think and this will be a major addition.
