Hi all,

I finally finished my RAH Freak Out this weekend. 1056 Turbo Lights (craft beads) later, here is the finished product:

Well like i commented on your facebook, it looks really good. How hard did you find the kit?

I must say, this was probably the easiest RAH kit I have ever built, with the possible exception of Gravitron.

Had I just built the ride and done no painting or "lighting", I could have knocked it out in a few hours. The pieces practically snap together in places.

I definitely recommend this kit to any modeler, even novices.

Are you planning on getting one?

Do it man. The only time consuming part was painting and adding lights. Can't wait to see it when you finish!

Thanks again.

Well, I forgot to take into account that the platform lowers before the ride begins to swing... Ooops.

Nonetheless, I fixed it to where the arm can swing if the fence weren't in the way. On the plus note, the way I built it, I can take the arm off and put it back on in the up position or down position depending on what I feel like.[;)] You can see the two positions in the photos.

Yes, I did put all the lights on there. All said and done, it probably took 4 or 5 hours. But I had a good pair of tweezers![:D]
