Why can't I email a member on here to get some info. Every time I try it say link has been disabled?

That feature was turned off in the forums, likely because of Spamming issues. Best bet if you need to contact someone is to send them a PM, and ask them for their email address to contact them directly, or communicate via PM's with them.
