Just bought a Renauld's Loop-o-plane. Great model can't wait to purchase more from him. Also I am working on a heart flip I am about 70% done with it just need to add minor details to it and the Hearts need seats.

Those look great, Warren's work is always outstanding. The Heart Flip is coming along nicely! I know mine is one of my favorite model rides, one that I will never give up.

Warren uses whatever material he can. Balsa, styrene, metal, other types of wood, you name it.

Those look great. I am hoping to receive my Renauld Tilt sometime within the next month. After seeing other people's Renauld photos, I am even more excited.

[;)]I used to use balsa wood when I made my own models, I had some that were several years old and noticed they became brittle and the paint faded, so when I started selling models I switched to BASS wood as it is very durable(harder than balsa)(especially in shipping) nice to work with as far as sanding and painting. I get it in strips at the hobby shop and order a lot from Northeastern Scale Lumber(lots of sizes and shapes available)I use a lot of other misc. things like Chris said, whatever works!!!!!!
