Does anyone have any info on ride inspectors, their problems with them?

While I'm interested in NJ only, I'd like to know how they compare with other states.

Out here in Ca. The fee went from $125.00 an hour no minimum, to $618.00 an hour, 2 hour minimum, per ride! Thay are obsessed with the paperwork this year, not the ride itself! If it is not worded perfectly you fail your inspection and have to correct it, then pay again (another 2 hour minimum) for reinspection! (ouch)
If you feel dog tired at night, it may be because you've growled all day long
