Anyone know if the IHC Carnival rides are still being made?

I thought I heard some talk of them not making them anymore but never really heard much else.

That sector of the model business has been playing the same game for years. Sell it, quit selling it, sell it again, sell it to another model company to market, etc. I wouldn't be surprised if they come out again or another manufacturer starts selling them.
It is what you learn, after you know it all, that counts.

Dear Mr. Sweeney,
thank you for your mail.
For this year we haven't planned to release more carneval kits. The
developement of the new items for 2010 is still ongoing. So maybe ?

Thank you very much and kind regards

IHC isn't advertising in the Model Railroad magazines anymore. Last time I was at Niagara Hobby in Buffalo, NY, about 3 weeks ago all they had left was 1 Octopus and 2 breakdances. They used to have large quantities of IHC carnival kits.
breakdance and Megadancer are the only 2 rides left on the IHC website.

I read that they were made by Vollmer, they raised the price
to IHC for what they were reselling the kits for.

Thats why I have been snapping up IHC kits on ebay... I heard IHC was going under. Even though their kits are'nt the best they are great for racking and at worst resell them in a few years for double the price.
