Interesting on the Ferris Wheel kit, my Dad has an issue of Model Railroader Magazine from 1976 or so with an advertisement from Cummons advertising this same kit.

Super Loops looks great.

Hummmm.......If you check the pictures of the farris wheel kit, enlarged to the max, you will see that the Cummons craftsman kits are almost as rough, and equally as difficult to build as the RAH kits that some of you have been whining about lately.

True... and thats mainly the reason why Don builds the rides for you. Because nobody could get the kits put together LOL.

Is the Wheel supposed to be a T/M or G/M Eli?

I don't know about this one, but the one in the ad was for a ground mounted 12-seat wheel. I can only assume the same would be true.

I heard the same thing, folks were having too much trouble putting the kits together, so that's why Don went to building them himself instead.

And speaking of Ron Hamm, I found out that he sells quite a few of his kits overseas. Not just a couple at a time, but boxes full of them. I just found that interesting.

I am pretty for sure that the all of the Cummons Ferris Wheel kits were Ground Mount Elis. The kit that I purchased off of E-bay a few years back was.

Man im gonna order some of Rons kits. I've always wanted to see what they were like. Would Don send one of his kits unbuilt for you if you asked?

Well, $280.01 so far, with a little more than four days to go. I would expect it to go much higher.
