How long do the PMs stay in our account? Ive lost a bunch that wernt over 2-3 weeks old, but left the ones that were less than 2 weeks old.....thanks

When we do maintenance and cleanup on the site's database, typically the last 15 days of read messages are retained, along with all unread messages. This is done to keep the database size manageable. Since this is not done daily, there will be times when you may have PM's that are older than 15 days in your inbox/outbox.

PM inboxes/outboxes shouldn't be used to store important messages for this reason. Should you have an important PM that you need to save, please either 1) print it out, or 2) save it to your computer. Sorry you lost your messages.
