Don't forget the "fun booths" [8]

Magic Midway plays a 4th of July Celebration in Buchanan, VA every year. Most of the time they jump all the way from Georgia to play this spot. I saw a post about lights and paint. Wow! This show doesn’t know the meaning of fresh paint and the phrase “keep the lights burning”. For example, the show’s Skydiver has far more bulbs missing than burning. A few years ago one of the finance companies snatched their Sea Ray and some of their other nicer rides, but amazingly this show keeps on working. The show also took a snatch for racket in the early nineties in the City of Buena Vista, VA. The racket, at least in Virginia, has been somewhat subdued since that time even though a joint or two does work its way back onto the midway once in a while. I think they probably still work racket in other states farther south such as their home state of GA.
