Answer... neither! First, the President has no way to regulate the price of oil. Price of fuel makes business suck. Anybody that thinks $4 a gallon won't be back by spring is kidding themselves. However, to answer your question, things will be real bad if Mcain gets in. But they'll be worse if Obama gets in. With Obama we'll have an all one party government. And, letting one party have their way without the checks and balances built in as it was designed, could be catastrophic.

It could be but it may be worth the risk to avoid what we have now.

Oil will rise, it is just necessary to have jobs to pay for it. It doesn't matter who gets in, every day thousands of jobs are lost. The economy will take a long time to heal and there will be much suffering.

We thought oil was the end all, be all, until the money lenders strangled everyone.

Way too many banks going bust.

Bush will come along and tell us what a great job he did lowering the price of oil at this time............until nov 5th.

For the outdoor amusement business, Obama. Spread the wealth. Wealth in this country is the top 2% of the population controls 95% of the wealth. That top 2% of people do not come to carnivals and fairs. If obama takes their money and gives to the 98% of the population that only controls 5% of the wealth. Now more people have more money to spend. Instead of the rich getting richer and the poor get poorer. It will be the rich stay well off and the poor has more money to blow. It is Socialism, but it will help the business. The other thing. If obama wins, other history will be made. Riots when he wins, riots if he loses.

with gas prices dropping
the overseas oil companies have voted to slow production.
can the prez do anything about controlling this money making ploy?
i myself spent way too much on fuel this year and i am just moving 4 pieces.
with a tough economy and high fuel prices i had a rough year and must stay out all winter somewhere.
i know that i am not the only one.

Maybe you should consult the people of Venezuela about that. I can't even fathom how any American can say socialism is ok for America. I hope you’re kidding if you’re not please make sure you vote on Wednesday November 5th.
