Hey Matt , I'll spice it up for ya. How about this, CAN EVERYONE STOP SENDING IN THE SAME DAMNED PHOTOS OF RIDES WE SEE LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE DAY OF THE SAME SHOW THEY TOOK HOTOS OF THE WEEK BEFORE? Its like being married and saying ya enjoy the ass like it's new to ya or something. Damn it, every show does NOT look beautiful. Stop being so dishonest and "nice". Stop kissing the asses of those huge shows and turn your attention to the smaller shows trying to get by folks. Its stale because no one can come up with a photo of a new paint job on Joe Schmoe's little company. Get some creativity!

Darkrider ,
While I commend you for your honesty about your feelings regarding the repeat pictures at different spots, has it occurred to you that some people enjoy them?
I also have seen enough ride pictures to last awhile ,but my solution is simply to not click on that topic where you know they are. Not to put them down for there efforts. These guys put a lot of effort into downloading these pix. They are proud of their shows.
Not to be a put down but if you don't like the pictures,do as I do and simply skip them

There is usually a hint in the topic headline that there are pictures in the thread and almost always they name the show.

Not to kiss ass but I think Matt and company provide one heck of a FREE service.
Feel free to add pics of any shows rides. Those that like them will thank you. Those that don't should read what I wrote above..

THANKS MATT FOR A GREAT WEBSITE......jeff

P.S. If anyone thinks I am being a kiss ass for this post--I can live with that...

P.P.S. Darkrider I do agree with your post about Coney Island,Last time I was there it was a dump and that was many years ago--obviously it has gotten worse..jeff

Alright Jeff! We do agree. I'm not puttin anyone down at all brother. Just "spicin'" it up. I mean, come on. I like the photos as well , even the repeats. Its just that the same exact photos are published over and over and over again ands I'm not the only one who notices this popularity pattern. Its also not the only time i've read about the stale factor although I agree not to initialize the topic about the reasons or else everyone gets angry at the one guy for being sarcasticly funny to spice things up. I'm not bored by any means and I always like to get involved if I can either help or contribute(which I can occasionally do)and whenever I speak with Matt, I let him know how much we appreciate his site!!Hell , I'm only a scenery artist who should be taking photos of all these great American companies struggling to make it in this world of Walmart sized monster shows. You and I have already produced a sizeable amount of fun on this non-topic as is. Just havin some funJeff! No hard feelings at all![B)]

Appreciate that civil response my friend..At first it seemed like a crack at Matt.I apologise in return..

Keep up the great work.I envy you guys talent. My ex was a heck of an artist and probably could have made a career out of it had she not chose drugs to ruin her life..

Thanks again ,was not my intention to rang you up and I can see you are quick enough to notice the difference.Lots of people take s**t the wrong way and next thing you know you got a flame war..

Keep on keeping on....jeff

All the time Jeff! Making it interesting is an art (get it).I better have a good sense of humor and not take things as an angle in the wrong way, look at what I do for the buck. I apologise to anyone for the raw humor as well! I ask that none of you take anything I do (as in my submissions) as a "knock" against any of you, EVER!!! I believe we can have a greater sense of fraternal respect without accusations and hard feelings and I know we all love this site. Heck, If I knew how to submit photos and videos(which I've been taking but storing right here next to my computer)I could entertain you all with some interesting anecdotes and funny musings in my world of visits to our shows in this great country of ours. Now , lets all hold hands and sing feelings! Your friend, the Dark Ride Artist[:D]
