On Long Island, a day camp running a Euro Bungy collapsed on him according to this,0,4739356.story 

odd this thing says he was pronounced dead at 743pm... we had an inspector leave our lot at about 230-3pm and he had told us what happend and that the guy died.

That's a sad story. It is compounded by the fact that his son was there and saw the whole thing.
