question, some will know, what is all the extra bracing on the back of the truck for??? Pulling it back tandem??

That truck can be used to tow other trucks. I think that must be IT80.

Speaking of pulling trucks back....does anyone pull trucks back elephant/piggyback style. Kinda like how they pull them for new delivery?

Or is the process too complicated? I figure it would just take some ramps and the kingpin/crossmember bolt on piece. I've seen as many as 5 trucks travel this way.

i havent seen it yet in our industry..

The truck pic that is questioned is one of the wrecker trucks they have that is used mainly when one of the other trucks break down to bring in off the road so the show's mechanic can fix it if he can't fix on the side of the road .
