They must not have any safety restraints inside of car. This will reflect around the world. Condolences to the family of the people involved!!

According to what it says, two cars fell off the ride and into the other cars. How many ferris wheels have safety restraints? I don't know of any...

These look to be fully enclosed cars. Anyone got any info on the mfg of this wheel?
