Oh dear, they have all been canceled for the rest of the season for reasons unknown.

A googled search has revealed that a nuclear intergalactic fissure has been hurlied-rather hurled thru most civilized cities with the effects of reverse osmosis saturating & contaminating all neoprene ride cable.

You can expect updates from MCW star reporter "flamo" at any moment. Please stand by!

It could be that the poster is trolling and having some fun. No need to be so serious.

Don't they still have that horsey ride set up in front of Meijers on the week of the 20th?

McDonagh's Amusements #2 -- St. Clair (near Port Huron)

Playworld Amusements -- Ionia

Mid America Shows (NAME) -- Adrian

Skerbeck Brothers Shows #1 -- Goodells

Skerbeck Brothers Shows #2 -- Caro and Charlevoix

The Troutarama Festival in Baldwin has a carnival, so does the Iosco County Fair in Hale, not sure which of the remaining shows are playing those spots. Hope this answers your question at least somewhat.

If we can't Hurl insults at our selves and Tar and feather our friends what good is it, What Barnum really said was "There is a knocker born every minute and 2 to take it!!![:D][:D][:D]" Besides the damn pony ride is broken, I lost 50 cents trying to get it to work and I thought flat joints were a thing of the past , was I wrong!!

Family Funtyme is in Brighton this weekend. Saw the Dizzy Dragons drive by. Seems to be a rather small spot with mainly kiddie rides.

Oh yeah, forgot about the Summerfest in Brighton, that's a new festival as far as I can tell. Saw it advertised on a billboard along I-96 east near Howell last week while we were in Fowlerville.

Chris--The Arnold # 2 Unit is in Baldwin this week & I would assume that Hale is being played by one of the Schmidt Units. Terry's Unit will soon go to the U P to play the 3 fairs he has up there before returning to Lower MI for his Labor Day dates & the rest of the season. I know there are a number of fair dates--mostly smaller mid MI
fairs that no longer can get a carnival to play their locations. We have lost a number of shows over the past few years and no one has put together any shows to replace them--it's just too costly & too risky to do so.
