Not really on topic, but it can be moved. The new movie Grindhouse is coming out tomorrow, and I have some artwork in the film! I sold 6 of my artwork prints to the film production co. back in Sept, but I didn't know if they would make the final cut. I saw a preview show on SciFi channel the other night (it shows again at 330pm EST Friday) and I saw my artwork in one of the scenes! for those of you who see the movie, it is in the Tarentino Deathproof portion of the movie (it is a double feature) in a scene in a lunch cafe where the girls are eating lunch. If you look at the walls behind them, there is a lot of artwork on the walls. I recognized three of my paintings in one scene. I haven't seen the movie yet so I don't know if all 6 made it, but at least 3 did. They are not carnival paintings, it is old trucks, log cabins etc. They found my website and wanted scenes of rural TN as that is where the movie is to take place.

It is so exciting to see my art in a movie, esp. a famous director's movie (not my kind of entertainment though, a slasher/horror film)
