Swyear will be in my home town of Momence next week for the Gladiolus Festival. I own a Carny friendly bar in town. From my past years on the road, I know this is not always the case. If anyone from Swyear is on this site and will be in Momence, please feel free to stop on in and share some stories. The bar is called Never 2 Late and my name is John. I would also like to visit the lot and check things out. It has been awhile!

The carnival is in town and they have today off, so we have a great crowd of show people. Thanks to all that visited us tonight and hope too see you all throughout the week.[:)][:)]

I Checked out the Midway. Small but nice and clean. I am not sure if that was the whole thing or just a unit. They had an MGR, Fun House, Slide, Swings, Wheel, Bumber Cars a few kiddie rides and the spectacular was a Mardi-Gra. Momence is only a town of 3500, but I think during festival it doubles cause everyone comes back home.

PS: The MCW shows Swyear out of FL, but these guys are out of IL, at least that is what is says on the trucks.

They are from Il, they also have a 1001 nachts, zipper, tilt, wipeout, & cliff hanger.

Roger winters in Gibtown, and Terry in Illinois. I think they take the rides and equipment to the Florida shop to be worked on. They have a nice place down there too!
