It's going to be a blast! Who is all going this year? I think a MCW breakfast will be arranged!

Right now Ryan, Josh and I will be flying in from Chicago on Wed the 17th (that is if ATA doesnt close its doors by then [;)])
Scott will be flying in from Little Rock the same day.

Anyone else! I'm looking forward to the show and looking forward to hanging out with everyone who makes it down there.

Anyone know if they're going to run a NAARSO or AIMS certification at the IAAPA?

LOL- I cant get a direct flight from ORD to MCO on northwest- lol. Maybe you can fly a special charter MCW plane. Of coarse, we'd have to make a lot of stops to pick up different people around the country [:D]

When I was down in Orlando a week ago I noticed "Ted" airline. Looked into them and they have flights from ORD to MCO for less than $70 each way.

TED is the low cost arm of United. Haven't heard much about them. That certainly sounds like a cheap fare though. Now you know why United is in bankruptcy. You can't give away the house.

It's interesting that all three of my flights (I had direct from Grand Rapids to MCO but had to stop in Detroit on the way back) were absolutely full - not a single open seat, yet the airlines are loosing money. Something doesn't seem right here.

Yes, I noticed the same with ATA! I think I paid 150 for a round trip Chicago MWY to Orlando MCO for IAAPA this year. When they made the decision to "pull out" of Midway, most customers were shocked- ATA was a good airline, and I really liked what I got for the price. The planes were well kept and the prices were low- what more can ya ask for?

Dan, noo thanks on the layovers!hahaha. Thanks anyway 🙂 Maybe if they get some direct flights i'll consider.. [:)]

After traveling this summer I know a lot of airlines have cut flights. This is creating a lot of full flights and (hopefully) saving some money. A lot of the late-night flights I take used to be 1/3-2/3 full, but now most are packed.
