Sean,
>make sure the ride is in the down position completely that the contact is touching the limit switch.
>then check power... if your gettng power at the connection of the controller then your good there
>from that point make sure your connections are well and good and in the proper order according to the diagram...its verry important.
>if all that is right check the start switch which can simply be a wire it dont have to be a switch but make sure you have that connected or the ride wont start
>if you get a green status light on the controller and no action check connections
>i know first hand that some of the controllers have gone bad ...I for one have had the problem so you might have to get a new one if thats the case and its not responding at all and you can get a replacement for absolutly no charge by emailing fallers customer service. but they also might ask you to return the bad one sence they do refurbish the boards. i had a topspin controller go nutty and they did just what i said.
