With that much Blue, I would say Powers. But that would just be a guess.

Powers got a new Cliff Hanger last year and it has all LEDS and is a weird purple-ish color.

I'll make a guess (and that's all it is) its going to Reithoffer blue unit and theirs goes to the orange unit

Nope, They already traded in their old Cliff Hanger for their NEW Zero Gravity last year. I've heard of no plans for a new Cliff Hanger...
With the Red, White and Blue light show in the video I have to guesses, and only guesses...
Big A or Dream Land as both have that color scheme (again just a wild guess).

What about Big Rock do they have one already, course could be a show out west or Canada too.

Anyway nice looking ride

No not the same one. look at the lights on the outer rim of the ride. Not the same on both.
