Yes, its not uncommon to be able to walk under the trailers' axles in some situations.
Can make setup way longer when you spend a day jacking, blocking, retracting, adjusting the blocks, re jacking ect...

Thank gawd for hydrualic levelling..
In some instances you can teeter the trailer, kinda like a Sizzler does. At other times you risk bowing the trailer.

Blocking while a hassle done right is perfectly safe. The lot man gave me a loc with a GM Reverchon scooter. One corner sat on the pavement and the opposite coner 70' away was over 4' of the ground. I could have come close to filling a semi with all the blocking I used. Increased set up time by at least an hour.

Does the freak out have Jacks to raise it? Or how do you think they got it that tall?

Some have hydraulics... Some don't.

Railroad jack, at least that is what we used to use on big jobs if there were no hydro's.

Once that water ballast is filled, I doubt that the ride would move anywhere. I bet that it took hours to lift that trailer up that high.

We play a lot of street scene type events and you'd be surprised what a good lot man can do. It's actually fun to lay those types of lots out, unless you've goofed and they had to slough something and move it over 6" or so. LOL.

The first year we had a Super Loops, my guys had to move the trailer a couple of times. Didn't it any power lines or anything like that.................just the side of the Chandler, AZ City Hall! I haven't used a measuring wheel for years but that day I was off just under a foot.

Why do you think the ride is jacked up so high? Because of that!

Since that is in Europe I'm sure someone with a Crane helped pick up the trailer and set it over the fence.

Man I thought I'd seen the mother of all blocking jobs but this one really takes the cake. I know like Flamo said if done right it's perfectly safe, however like I think it was Sidewinder said... He/THEY wont ride it. That's enough to make you look for another location. If 50% of the public doesn't trust it... it doesn't matter how good the loc is.

This is why I tell committees be very surprised at what a show can
do for you no matter if it is a very small lot . This baby is on a walk
way and the one of the side supports of the trailer go right over the fence
this indeed is amazing but I wouldn't want to mess with all that blocking.

I think location is still probably crucial whether you get first count of the money or not.
