Our freind Dick was a great help to a lot of us in the Gibsonton Fl area. He worked security at the IISA club and trade show be fore he retired. R.I.P. Dick

Rigby, Richard L. “Dick”, 70 of Riverview, FL passed away Wednesday evening, December 4, 2013 at his home in Riverview. Dick was born April 5, 1943 in Columbus, OH, the son of Richard and Betty Rigby, step-father, Bob Amore. Dick was married to Carla Rigby. Dick retired from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Department after serving his community for 25 years. He has always had the love for racing and spent many years on the track at East Bay Raceway. After retirement, Dick enjoyed many days boating with his wife, family and friends. Dick loved his family very much and leaves to cherish his memory, his mom, Betty Amore of Columbus, OH; sons, Rande Rigby (wife, Joelle) of , Morrow, OH, and Robby Rigby (wife, Tisha) of Groveport, OH; step-daughter, Tara Pugh (husband, Beau) of Lithia, FL; 6 grandchildren; Emily, Megan, Claire, Hunter, Jaxson and Clark. He was preceded in death by his father and step-father. A celebration of Dick’s life will be at 1pm, Monday, December 9, 2013 at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park, Riverview, FL with Bro. Mac Clements officiating. Family and friends may gather to share and remember from 11am-1pm. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society - Team Showmen’s Club.
