Just did a quick check of the settings, and it appears that the Forum software doesn't allow us to restrict editing of a topic name to the Mods and Admins. I'll double check later.

This is a good reason to quote the original post, so that if it is changed, it's still on the record as to what you were replying to. Need I remind you of the Richie fiasco? [}:)]

And on most sites you only have 5 mins to edit your title,then it cant be changed.........
