I beleive that Burton Bros. bought a Giant Octopus show (Kadoty, right or wrong), other than that all the others I have ever seen were independent.

Both those single-o pit shows were owned by the late Dean Potter. During the 1970s he owned the "Strange Girls" side show and later a freak animal show, both of which he toured on Deggeller's Spectacular Magic Midway. The shows sat behind a double deck bannerline that featured canvas banners painted by Snap Wyatt. In the 80s he downsized to the smaller type of attraction which made appearances on Childress Shows, Larry Carr, D.& P., Stine Amusements and Smoky Mopuntain Amusements among others. He left the road in the late 90s due to ill health and died several years ago.[8)].

Don't forget 4C's Productions, they book in quite a bit with Wade Shows. Angel the Snake Lady, Linda the World's Smallest Woman, and some other attractions.

Several just left the AZ state fair.
A few are setting up in and around Florida this winter.
