Two days ago, I found a Rockwall on usedrides.com located in my state for the the bargain price of 5K.

The trailer it's on isn't a factory trailer, and needs some work, and paint but I thought... what the heck, I"ll e mail the guy and ask some questions, maybe it's a deal

Heres my e mail:

Mr. Hollaway,

This is Scott (XXX) in Little Rock. I own a inflatable rental company.

Can you tell me more about your rock wall?

What city you are located in?

Does your wall past inspection in the state?

Does it have problems with insurance?

Do you have all factory updates?

Do you have a maintanace log?

When was the last time the cables were replace?

Thanks

Scott

Scott,
I will email him myself and f*&K with him, I will send you my and his reply

Mr. Dick

I've been searching for one of these climbing walls for months however, I only have a couple of questions. However I cannot tell you how excited we are regarding the possibility of purchasing this item. My Mrs and me have been contemplating retiring from the railroad for yrs and booking with one of those traveling carnivals, you know the kind that have rides and stuff like that. Whew, are you sure you only want 5,000 dollars? How do I get it from one town to the next, I mean what or how big is the truck or car that it hooks up to? Does it have a big living area for me and the Mrs or do we have a sleeping bunk in the cab of the truck? Do you need the entire 5000 dollars right away or will you let me and the Little Mrs. make payments from all the money we will make at them fairs and stuff?
Please get back with me asap, me and my mrs need to get busy getting my returement working.
We love you Dick for this opportunati.

The thing is $5000 you should already know the answers to those questions....

If you see a Car for $500 do you ask when the last Oil Change was or if the AC works?

Your points are valid Glenn and I agree

But just wanted to know what it was all about and if he could tell me any of those things... I really didn't except it to be turn key... not even close.

Scott, it just so happens Sam, an uncle of mine died some time ago and left me with a climbing wall. It's located in another state and I do not have the funds to go get it. Even though it has been in the family for some time I will let it go for $4000. You will have to make arrangements to go get it.

A picture of it can be seen at www.nps.gov/yose/
