Good question, Reverchon built the first set, the ones that AofA has and the one that Vandervorste has. The Reithoffer, RCS, NAME, ones are all Zamperla built.

Not all those were Zamperla. Several were built by Fabbri: most of them are for sale,
here's one reason:

since we are on the subject, who's Crazy Mouse was at FSF, and what kind was it?

The Fabbri's are different than the Reverchon's & the Zamperla's. I think the FSF one was Reithoffer's which is the smaller Zamperla model at 118'. NAME and A of A have the longer version which is about 137'.
The shorter one has the loading platform across the front while the longer version has it on the left side. Name also had one of the Fabbri's.

Fabbri mouse-type coasters were/are owned by:

Fiesta Shows (Pole Position) - for sale
NAME (Mad Mouse) - for sale
Crabtree (Pole Position)
Butler (Pole Position)

As I recall, the NAME coaster ejected people in two separate incidents, and the Crabtree coaster ejected someone as well.

As for the Reverchon/Zamperla Mouse coasters:

A of A (Crazy Mouse) Reverchon - large version (at Naples)
Vandervorste (Crazy Mouse) Reverchon - large version
Reithoffer (Wild Mouse) Zamperla - small version (at FSF)
NAME (Crazy Mouse) Zamperla - large version
RCS (Crazy Coaster) Zamperla - small version

I think those two Fabbri coasters that are for sale were advertised the same season they were delivered, 2006.

RCS has the smaller Zamperla Version. Same as the Reithoffer one.

Thanks for the correction, Jimmy. The firewall at work wouldn't let me confirm the information I had with pictures of the coaster, and I had some bad information.
