Does anyone know who booked a Round UP into Franklinton,LA back in 2003? Thomas Carnival has the midway contract but it wasnt theirs. im looking for the owner because i have a few questions for him about his lighting system.it is one of the prettiest Round Ups i have ever seen.A photo of the ride is posted on "The Flat Joint". I dont see any cans, plus you can see the light on the back side of the cages. these appear to be 6 FT flourescents, and most i know of have 4 footers. Where are the ballasts if there are no cans? do they come off to slough the ride? PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN
