Why stir it...
when you can fling it directly into the fan...

Don't know anyone from the eastcoast shows, only midwest. Honestly cannot say if any of these were good, bad or indifferent. I was too young, however I sure liked sneaking into the G-Top after closing and listening to these guys cut up jackpots.

Maybe I'm just too old and sentimental now, but surely miss those days.

Can only tell you what I remember. I first met Sonny with Buck-Page shows. He came in and took the front end after Don Miller. Might have been 1970 give or take a year or 2. He kind of underestimated New York State. He went there wide open and got slapped down almost every week. Later in the 70's he had his own show with mostly booked on rides playing around Miami in the winter. I don't know if he went up north with it or not. Joe Marchiano and I had a grab joint around him in the winter for a few years. I also had a grind store there off and on. I lost touch with him for a while and heard back a few years ago he has count stores in a casino some where in the islands off shore. Sonny was always a mover. He was fun to be around and loved to bet football back then.

A man's legacy isn't the business he leaves behind; it's the family he leaves behind.
