I'm still working out two main issues that makes it a nightmare to reset user passwords and re-establish accounts. We can change an email address but updating the password is still not working. Users can request a lost-password once we update an email address. The system generated passwords are COMPLEX and contain symbols, upper and lower case letters, and numbers. Once you get logged in, you can go to the menu at the top, hit the down-arrow next to your name, then "My Settings", then "Change Password" --
Users can change their own password once they've "done the reset" -- but currently we cannot "reset" a password from the admin side - only the email address..😔
