Has anyone heard how the attendance was at the Delaware State Fair and if they were spending any money?

They are much closer (NC vs. FL) than Wade would be... And not as many big spectaculars as usual, but understand why!

Looks like Powers has some rides there with Wade too.
Used to love getting peanuts straight from the roaster at Harrington....

Nice crowd (but not too busy), friendly girls, good food and a great bar (Stone's), ride jockey heaven...

Ride the Zipper?
The Delaware State Fair opened July 23 and runs thru August 1.

Wade Shows owner Frank Zaitshik did an excellent video in which he describes the protocols Wade Shows has implemented in an effort to keep their guests and employees safe, while also stressing the importance for guests to do their part by practicing social distancing, sanitizing, etc...

Also, Frank Zaitshik made a video for the Delaware State Fair explaining and demonstrating Wade Shows FunTagg Fair Pass contactless ticketing system...

In an effort to space out crowds, the fair is encouraging attendees to arrive earlier in the day by offering Free Admission before 11am, and Half Price Admission from 11am to 4pm.
"Don't forget to be half fair and give a little credit to the small concessionaire"
