Intamin and Waagner Biro are both right. Like a lot of sky tower rides that Intamin sold over the years, they were the broker while Waagner Biro actually built the ride. The Intamin multi-wheels like the Marriott parks had were also, in actuality, Waagner Biros.
Intamin built the ferris wheel at DCA.

Does anyone know who built the wheel thats in the Disneys California Adventureland? Ive asked in another forum (micechat.com) but i thought id ask here too.
