Happens quite often. A lot of times a show will list a ride for sale, and will also say something to the effect of "will trade for a...." and list a couple of rides that they would be willing to trade the ride they are selling for. An example might be "Zipper for sale, good condition, 1990 model, rebuilt in 1998, asking $125,000, or will trade for a Sky Master or Ring of Fire." Just an example of some of the ads I have seen over the years. [:)]
