Sean, zipper looks great but I really like how you have them in the cabinet. Are there outlets on each shelf to plug the rides in?

Here is a link to the manufacturer. I was a little worried ordering such an expensive item online without seeing it first but the dimensions are perfect. There outlets for all four adjustable shelves, overhead lighting and a lock for children. I was able to fit four models across per shelve and have 2 inches on all sides for power strips and wiring. Its really a nice addition to call home for the models.

Hey If you live close to Orlando or are willing to drive I can make you a custom cabinet for your rides. I have no Idea how to ship them since they have a lot of glass. I have one that I built for my wife for her stuff and I only make quality furniture. The cabinet is solid Oak and the shelves are tempered glass. The sides are just standard glass. I can add outlets per shelf and lighting. Let me know if there is any interest.

Where can you buy those cabinets?
Thank you for all the comments guys. The Display cabinet is the way to go these days. Its a real professional way to show the models and it really keeps the dust factor to a minimum. This model was big enough to have four to five models per shelve with movable outlets.
That Zipper looks Great so far. You always do Great modeling work.
SEAN, THAT IS THE SAME HOWARD MILLER THAT I HAVE ALSO. THE RIDES LOOK NICE IN THERE.
THE ZIPPER IS LOOKING GOOD. I FOUND A PAINT IN CALIPSO BLUE THAT LOOKS LIKE YOUR BLUE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
superloop6946 IF ITS NOT A CUMMONS ITS NOT A MODEL RIDE.

The model is coming along great! You kill me how you add resin to fill in the holes on some of the casted pieces lol! Talk about detail!

Also the cabinet is fantastic. Thats something I should look into. An ongoing layout is really a hassle as far as keeping everything dust free, thats why everything I have are in totes ha.

The model was purchased new from Don in parts and thats why its bare die cast. He did paint the boom a primer white but that will be painted magenta soon with white K-Bars.
