Raymond, Warren Renauld is building the seats for me. He sent me a few samples and they dont look fun to build LOL.

Last night i had a brainstorm though - what about the seats off faller's chair swing or wave swinger? I have not seen them in person, but, the real life seats are similar.

Thats looking pretty sharp. What are you going to use for the seats? IHC Swinger seats? or cast your own?

I'm curious for my Zumur project. The Yo-Yo and Zumur use the same/similar seats.

UPDATE 2/28/2008

Just added several new pics to the gallery.

I have the signs assembled, flourescent lights on the tower, chains between the sweeps, and the start of the banjo lights.

For the sign letters and banjo lights, i made a mold using Alumilite casting materials. It worked very well since I really did not want to make each one by hand (see the photo of my mold and the casting). The banjo lights are cast, sanded, filed, painted, and then small beads are applied to give the appearance of turbo lights.

Right now, there are two on the ride, but, I have 7 more in the paint booth, two waiting to be filed, and one in the mold. Only 3 more to go! [^]
